Creating Harmony Across the 8 Dimensions of Wellness

We’re excited to share a special invitation with you! This month, Café y Chisme will be held in person, and we would love to see you there.

Instead of our usual virtual gathering, we’ll be hosting a restorative and interactive workshop exploring the 8 Dimensions of Wellness—with a focus on creating harmony in our lives. Expect meaningful conversations, hands-on activities, and space to reconnect with yourself and others doing the work.

This month’s gathering is especially meaningful as we host it in Asbury Park, a vibrant town rooted in community, joy, and LGBTQIA+ pride. After the workshop, we’ll continue the celebration just down the road at the historic LGBTQIA+ space, Georgie’s, for drinks, connection, and good energy.
