Yvette Ramos, LCSW

Yvette Ramos, LCSW is a seasoned Clinical Social Worker, Speaker, Creative Branding & Marketing Strategist, and Entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience serving diverse and underrepresented communities. As the owner of Path to Rise Therapy, LLC, Yvette supports clients through a trauma-informed, intersectional lens, specializing in ADHD, performance anxiety, multicultural experiences, and parenting challenges. She is also a corporate therapist at Headspace, where she promotes mental health and workplace well-being.

Yvette earned her BA in Psychology and MSW from Rutgers University, where she now mentors students in the LISTA program. As a first-generation Latina, she combines her professional expertise and lived experiences to develop innovative business solutions, coach leaders, and foster inclusive workplace cultures. Yvette chartered Headspace’s first Latinx Employee Resource Group and co-presented at the NASW National Conference on Corporate Social Work.

In addition to her clinical work, Yvette served as the first Marketing Strategist on the Executive Board of the Latino Mental Health Association creating engaging mental health content for social media. She also founded YM SolSuite, a marketing and branding agency that empowers mental health professionals to establish their digital presence and grow their practices with confidence.

A proud Cuban-American, Yvette is dedicated to building connections, creating meaningful change, and inspiring others. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and making lasting memories.
