I’m a proud Colombian-American woman, wife, and mother of three wonderful children. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Kean University and bring over 20 years of experience in the field of education. Nine of those years, I have served as a dedicated school counselor—I have the privilege of supporting children and families through life’s many challenges.

In 2022, I became a Licensed Associate Counselor and spent two years providing Intensive In-Community services, working closely with youth and families in need of structured, trauma-informed care.

Currently, I also have the privilege of being a therapist at Pathways to Healing and Social Justice, where I specialize in trauma-focused therapy. My clinical approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I am passionate about healing, growth, and empowerment, and I am committed to helping individuals and families discover their inner strength and resilience.
