Diana Umana, MA

I am the founder of Sprouts Academy LLC, a preschool dedicated to nurturing young children through a supportive and engaging learning environment. After more than a decade of working with children, I expanded my career into the mental health field, where I focus on bridging the gap between early childhood development and mental wellness.

In addition to my work in education and mental health, I run a childcare consulting business named Early Foundations Consulting LLC  where I support aspiring entrepreneurs in building successful childcare programs and assist families by connecting them with child support resources and services.

I am passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered. My clinical interests include working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. I take a personalized approach to care, tailoring interventions to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

I am deeply committed to ongoing professional development, cultural humility, and ethical, client-centered practice. I value the unwavering support of my husband and family, who play a vital role in my journey and professional growth.
